WOF Competition – Video Upload

Please follow the steps below to complete your submission.

Before you upload, Please ensure:

Your performance only includes the chorus of "Let It Go."
The performance is no longer than 60 seconds.
It is a group performance with a minimum of 10 children and a maximum of 33.
Filming permissions have been obtained in line with your school's safeguarding and data protection policies.
You or your school has an active Twinkl subscription (excluding free trials).

Video guidelines:
To ensure your submission is as high quality as possible, we suggest the following guidelines:

Maximum 60-seconds.
Try to film in 1080p (HD) and 30fps for the best quality. Most videos taken on a smartphone or tablet will meet these specifications.
Please do not use 4K (this will make the file too large to submit).

The final deadline for entries is Tuesday 31st March.

By submitting this video, I confirm that I am authorised to submit on behalf of the school and that the school agrees to the Competition Terms and Conditions

Data protection
To enter this competition, your school must ensure that it has obtained all necessary parental or guardian consents for pupils to appear in the submitted video. By entering, the school confirms it has the legal right to share this data with us for the purposes of the competition and holds the necessary records of consent.

How data is used
We process the personal data within your entry to administer the competition, judge entries, and contact winners. The data contained in your video will be shared with all judges in order to administer the judging process. To deliver prizes, data may be shared with Attraction Tickets, which may contact you to collect additional to fulfill the booking.
